At the AnimeJapan 2024 event, Kadokawa announced the Trillion Game anime adaptation will premiere in October 2024. The anime’s staff and cast were revealed alongside a new trailer and key visual.
Trillion Game is a manga series written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Ryoichi Ikegami. The series entered serialization in 2020, and it’s still ongoing. The success of the manga inspired a live-action adaptation on Netflix and the new anime, which is animated by Madhouse (Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End).
Trillion Game Anime Lands in October
The Trillion Game anime will premiere in October 2024 on TBS and other Japanese TV networks. Yūzō Satō is directing the anime at Madhouse, with Ryunosuke Kingetsu overseeing the series scripts. Kei Tsuchiya is the character designer, and Takurō Iga is the anime’s composer.
