SNK’s upcoming title, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, has a new trailer showcasing gameplay of several playable characters. Additionally, SNK announced the game’s release date for early 2025 worldwide.
During EVO 2022, SNK announced that a new Fatal Fury/GAROU title was in development. This excited many fans of the series, sparking a new fire in the player base. It wasn’t until EVO 2023 that the official name, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, was revealed. Rock Howard, Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, and Joe Higashi were all confirmed to be playable.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Trailers, Voice Cast, and More Revealed
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves releases in early 2025 worldwide. At the moment, there is no specification of what platforms the game will be on, but stay tuned. Along with the previously confirmed characters, Hotaru Futaba, Tizoc, and Preecha are also making their way into the game.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be playable at EVO Japan 2024, along with the new Hunter x Hunter 2D fighting game. SNK fans attending EVO Japan 2024 can expect to play the new Fatal Fury game while watching the King of Fighters XV tournament at the event.
No news of The King of Fighters XV‘s rumored season 3 has been shown, but players speculate that more could be revealed at EVO Japan 2024. Stay tuned for that information here at Final Weapon.
Lastly, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves releases in early 2025, platforms have yet to be announced.
