    Final Fantasy VII Rebirth 752 Page Ultimania Announced; Releases April 12, 2024

    A massive material book with interviews, tips, tricks, and more.

    Square Enix has officially announced the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Ultimania. This book will feature 752 pages of new information on the story, characters, and world found in FFVII Rebirth. It’s also been confirmed that new interviews with the staff will feature in the book, specifically with Tetsuya Nomura and Yoshinori Kitase. If the prior FFVII Ultimanias are anything to go by, we can expect loads of new lore and information to hold players over until the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth sequel. The Ultimania is set to be released on April 12, 2024. Pre-ordering will get you a Sephiroth bookmark.

    This does not include the English version of the Ultimania. That has no date as of now. Currently, the Final Fantasy VII Remake: Material Ultimania is available and translated in the West. However, the Final Fantasy VII Remake: Material Ultimania Plus has yet to be released, aiming for an August 20, 2024 date as of now.     Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Final Fantasy VII Remake. It is the second entry in the Remake Project, a collection of three games recreating and reimagining the story and world of Final Fantasy VIIFinal Fantasy VII Remake launched worldwide exclusively for PlayStation 4 on April 10, 2020. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, an expanded and enhanced version of the PS4 title, was announced for PlayStation 5 in the following year.

    A tremendous amount of information has been confirmed for Rebirth thus far, including confirmation of non-playable Vincent & Cid, a “new episode with Zack,” the file size of the game, and more. Later this week, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete will return to theaters in the USA. A special short film will premiere alongside the movie, featuring new interviews with key FFVII creators. Kitase, Hamaguchi, and Nomura will all appear in this film.

    Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 5 on February 29, 2024. The title will be exclusive to the platform until May 29, 2024. A Standard Edition, Deluxe Edition, and Collector’s Edition are available to pre-order now.

    A demo is available now on PS5. Players can experience the opening chapter of the game as they experience the Nibelheim flashback sequence. Starting tomorrow, a new demo of the Junon area will be available to all PlayStation 5 users for free.
