AnimeJapan has recently revealed the key visual, exhibitor details, and main theme for the upcoming 2024 event. The event will last from March 23 to 24.
AnimeJapan is an annual event that highlights upcoming anime that will be releasing in the years to come. Last year’s event had announcements pertaining to Goblin Slayer, SPY X FAMILY, Jujutsu Kaisen, Trigun Stampede, and more. The event’s organizers will reveal more about the 2024 event in the coming weeks.
AnimeJapan 2024 Releases New Visual Showcasing Several Anime Characters From The Last Few Years
The organizers of AnimeJapan have revealed the first details of the 2024 event. They released a new visual that showcases several different anime characters. Fans can spot figures from BLUE LOCK, Bocchi the Rock, ‘Tis Time For Torture, Princess, The Apothecary Diaries, and more. Additionally, they also revealed that the event will be held at Tokyo Big Sight. The year’s theme, “Shinjidai” (A New Era), was also revealed.

Next week, the event’s organizers will release a video that highlights the event’s much anticipated stage events. According to Crunchyroll, the video will premiere on January 19 at 20:00 JST/6 AM EDT/3 AM PDT/5 AM CDT. It will also feature the voices of Kappei Yamaguchi and Atsumi Tanezaki.
Several new anime have premiered over the last few months, such as The Apothecary Diaries, Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, ‘Tis Time For Torture, Princess, and more. Fans can expect more information to be released on all of the anime mentioned above and more in the coming months. Another upcoming anime is the Sand Land series, an anime based on Toei’s SAND LAND Project. The anime will be coming to Disney Plus in April.
