Bandai Namco confirmed the Dragon Ball Daima Special Panel will be held at Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour 2024 on January 28. Dragon Ball executive producer Akio Iyoku will be a special guest with “behind-the-scenes tidbits.”
Akio Iyoku is committed to 10 more years of Dragon Ball anime and games, which includes the new Dragon Ball Daima anime and Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO game. Although the Dragon Ball Super anime is still absent, the future of the series looks eventful. In just a few weeks, Bandai Namco and Iyoku will reveal exclusive information about the upcoming Dragon Ball Daima series.
Dragon Ball Daima Special Panel at DB Games Battle Hour 2024
The official DB Games Battle Hour Twitter account confirms the new Dragon Ball Daima Special Panel will be held on January 28 at 6:30 p.m. PDT. During the panel, Iyoku will reveal new information about Dragon Ball Daima and behind-the-scenes tidbits. New artwork by series creator Akira Toriyama will be revealed as well. Bandai Namco also promises “exclusive information” for the panel.
Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO brings a “historic” roster of characters, including newer fan-favorites from Dragon Ball Super. Thanks to Unreal Engine 5, Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO features incredible visuals and effects, in-game weather changes when transforming or charging ki. Merch for the new game will be available at DB Games Battle Hour 2024, and more news is expected to be revealed.
Last year’s event was notable due to the reveal of a new Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi game. The reveal trailer showed Goku powering up to his Super Saiyan Blue transformation from Dragon Ball Super. At The Game Awards 2023, a new trailer was shown, revealing the game’s official title: Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO. What’s more, several new screenshots were revealed over the past few months.
Lastly, Dragon Ball: Sparking ZERO is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
