A recent leak has revealed that a remastered version of The Last of Us Part II will release on January 19. The game will cost $69.99, and it’s only been confirmed to release on the PlayStation 5 thus far.
Naughty Dog initially released The Last of Us Part II in 2020. Their most recent games have been several remasters/remakes of their older eighth generation titles including The Last of Us Part I and Uncharted 4/Lost Legacy. The only new game that Naughty Dog is confirmed to be working on is The Last of Us Factions 2, which is still, reportedly, “on ice.” The remaster will likely be officially announced during The Game Awards 2023.
The Last of Us Part II Remastered Details
The Last of Us Part II Remastered will release on January 19, 2024 for PlayStation 5. Players who own The Last of Us Part II on PS4 may upgrade to the PS5 version with a $10 fee.
