Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced Peony and Triandra are returning as the first-ever Attuned Heroes in Fire Emblem Heroes. Players may also look forward to two new heroes from the beloved Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia game from the Nintendo 3DS.
Fire Emblem Heroes is celebrating Halloween with aptly-themed versions of Timerra, Flayn, Anna, and Seadall until November 4. While summoning these Halloween heroes, players may summon the game’s first Attuned Heroes: Peony & Triandra.
Fire Emblem Heroes Brings Attuned and Shadows of Valentia Units
Mycen and Rearmed Hero Sonya are joining Fire Emblem Heroes alongside Attuned Heroes Peony and Triandra on October 16 at 12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. PDT. Despite its name, all four of these heroes may be summoned from the “Attuned: Peony & Triandra” summoning event. Attuned Heroes are a brand-new hero type that will become more common over time as new summoning events are introduced.
Attuned Heroes are able to carry special Attuned Skills. Other heroes may inherit Attuned and other skills from an Attuned Hero without them leaving the barracks. The hero who receives the inheritance will have a special X slot for the Attuned Skill. Rearmed Heroes work similarly to Attuned Heroes in this sense. This can only be done once for each Attuned Hero in the barracks, however. Fire Emblem Heroes players should choose their inheritance wisely.
In the Attuned: Peony & Triandra event, players may choose one of the four units for free after their 40th summon. This process may be repeated up to three times, so a total of 120 summons are required for a total of three addition free summons. Tons of orbs are needed to make this happen, and Fire Emblem Heroes may earn some orbs be playing through the new Book VII story chapter “Seer of the Past.” Players may also look forward to the Grand Hero Battle with Marla: Duma’s Witch starting October 17.
