Seikaisha FICTIONS has delayed the release of volume 3 of the Witch on the Holy Night novel series by creator Kinoko Nasu and illustrator Koyama Hirokazu to November 10. Originally, Witch on the Holy Night volume 3 was planned to release this October in Japan.
According to Seikaisha FICTIONS, demand for Witch on the Holy Night volume 1 was more popular than expected in Japan, resulting in the company deciding to increase print runs for volumes 2 and 3. Since there will be more time needed to secure paper for the text and printing process, the final volume was delayed. Nasu and Hirokazu have already completed their work on the novel series as scheduled.
Witch on the Holy Night will open in theaters on November 20 in Japan. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will screen the anime film in theaters around the world in January and February 2027.
The main cast includes:
- Haruka Tomatsu as Aoko Aozaki
- Yūsuke Kobayashi as Soujyuro Sizuki
- Kana Hanazawa as Alice Kuonji
The Witch on the Holy Night visual novel released on December 8, 2022 worldwide for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, followed by the Steam version on December 14, 2023. Witch on the Holy Night is also coming to Android and iOS on November 20 in Japan.
