The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie has the most expansive library of books yet with hundreds of pages worth of lore that covers the original Trails in the Sky trilogy to the Black Records that prophesized the events of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV. Once more, players are encouraged to seek out the reading material to earn extra rewards for time well spent.
Books may be gathered by opening chests and visiting shops in all three story paths of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. Moreover, the True Reverie Corridor has its own pool of books to collect by navigating each floor and opening chests. Some of the books even contain new cooking recipes in The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie, so searching every nook and cranny is a necessity for completionists. In addition, collecting books will meet the criteria for completing various Main Missions given by the True Reverie Corridor’s Central Core. These rewards include Reverie Points and Phantasmal Shards, and progress toward Mission completion may be viewed at any time through the Mission Menu.
