Pom Pom Party makes a triumphant return in The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie with more opponents than ever before. Once unlocked, the Puyo Puyo-inspired mini-game may be accessed from the Sporting Stone in the True Reverie Corridor, and players may earn useful materials by testing their skills.
Unlike Pom Pom Party in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV, possible opponents will not be available within Zemuria in The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. Instead, players must first unlock the True Reverie Corridor with protagonists Rean Schwarzer and Lloyd Bannings in Chapter 1 of the main story. The Pom Pom Party mini-game and its lengthy list of opponents may be unlocked by spending Phantasmal Shards at the Central Core. A new “Add PPP! Players” bundle is added after making sufficient progress in the main story and True Reverie Corridor dungeon, so players should check the Phantasmal Shards shop inventory from time to time.
Defeating a Pom Pom Party opponent for the first time awards the player with U-Material, which is useful for upgrading weapons and gear. The amount of U-Material awarded will increase as players unlock more opponents throughout the course of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. The mini-game’s music will also change at a higher difficulty.

KeA is unlocked as an opponent after talking to her in the True Reverie Corridor during the game’s Finale chapter. This is her ultimate test as players prepare for their final push toward resolving the crisis depicted in the game.

More Pom Pom Party opponents and a Marathon Mode mini-game may be unlocked by purchasing another unlock in the Phantasmal Shards shop. Marathon Mode is a Pom Pom Party endurance challenge with several Silver Shard rewards for reaching a high score.
