Nintendo and Intelligent Systems announced Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 4 and the version 2.0.0 update are available now for Nintendo Switch. Wave 4 is the final wave of DLC for the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass.
Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass Wave 4 is available now with new class types, locations, characters, and a new story scenario titled “Fell Xenologue.” In the Fell Xenologue, Alear and his allies will lend their aid to an alternate world on the verge of ruin after the Divine Dragon was defeated. Alear’s army of heroes must reclaim seven bracelets and face very familiar people from their original world as enemies. Players must first install the Fire Emblem Engage version 2.0.0 update to play the new DLC, however.

- Compatible with Wave 4 of the Expansion Pass.
- Update Bonus has been added. You can receive items when entering the Somniel from Chapter 5 or later.
- Collaboration content with the smartphone app “Fire Emblem Heroes” can now be downloaded for free from the Nintendo eShop.
- You can receive items when entering the Somniel after downloading the data from the eShop.
- Note that players who have already downloaded the bonuses from linking with “Fire Emblem Heroes” cannot download the content again.
- Issues have been fixed to make for a more pleasant gaming experience.
Chapter 2 of the Fire Emblem Engage manga by Himedol!! mangaka Kazurou Kyou is also available now in Saikyo Jump and Shonen Jump+. The male version of Alear is the protagonist in the events of the ongoing manga. Fire Emblem Engage manga chapter 2 introduces Alfred, the first prince of Firene and brother of princess Céline. While reading the manga, fans may notice some interesting differences between the events of the Fire Emblem Engage game and the manga chapters.
