The official website for the anime adaptation of Misaki Takamatsu’s Skip and Loafer (Skip to Loafer) manga released a new trailer that revealed the second season’s April 2027 premiere.
Kotomi Deai returns as director and script writer of Skip and Loafer Season 2. Yoko Yonaiyama is overseeing series scripts alongside Deai. Manami Umeshita also returns as the character designer and co-chief animation director alongside Reina Igawa. Takatsugu Wakabayashi returns to compose the music, with new composer MICHIRU joining him.

Crunchyroll will stream Skip and Loafer Season 2 on the service whenever it premieres in Japan, simultaneously. Misaki Takamatsu serialized the original Skip and Loafer manga series in Kodansha’s Monthly Afternoon magazine in August 2018, and its still ongoing to this day. 10 volumes were released in Japan thus far.
