The latest sales milestone for Melty Blood: Type Lumina includes digital copies sold and physical shipments worldwide. Roughly 100,000 copies were sold since the previous sales update in September 2022. Since then, multiple DLC characters have been released including The Count of Monte Cristo and Ushiwakamaru from the popular Fate/Grand Order mobile game.

Until April 6 at 23:59 JST, fans may save 40% on Melty Blood: Type Lumina for Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. The Steam version is on sale until April 9 at 3:00 JST with the same 40% off discount. These sales include the digital standard edition and digital deluxe editions of Melty Blood: Type Lumina.
Fans may look forward to Melty Blood: Type Lumina high-level play at EVO 2023 this summer. Melty Blood: Type Lumina is a main stage title for EVO 2023 with a $25,000 prize pool for competitors. The tournament will feature a top 6 instead of a top 8 due to time constraints. EVO 2023 is set for August 4 to 6 from the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
