Nintendo released a 13-minute gameplay demonstration for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom featuring series producer Eiji Aonuma. Aonuma introduces several of Link’s abilities while traversing Hyrule in the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
During the gameplay demonstration, Aonuma revealed a special edition Nintendo Switch OLED model for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be sold on April 28. On May 12, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom-themed Pro Controller and carrying case will be sold. More details about those upcoming accessories may be found here.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom standard edition will be available for $69.99 physically and digitally on May 12. A Collector’s Edition will be sold for $129.99 that same day featuring the physical game copy, an artbook, SteelBook case, steel poster, and a set of four pin badges. Further, the Link (Tears of the Kingdom) amiibo will be sold for $15.99. Once more, pre-orders are available now at participating retailers.
