The anime adaptation of the SQUARE ENIX manga, The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses (好きな子がめがねを忘れた) was announced earlier this year. On 3.14.23 the first PV was revealed with a release window of July 2023.
Original Manga
The original manga is created by Koume Fujichika (藤近 小梅) and runs in SQUARE ENIX’s Gangan JOKER. The manga can be read in English on SQUARE ENIX’s Manga UP! app and on Comikey’s app/website. There are currently 10 volumes released in Japanese and 2 released in English.

Cast
As of now, the only cast members announced are for the two main characters, Ai Mie and Kaede Komura.

- Kaede Komura: Masahiro Ito (伊藤昌弘)
Ito has been in a few different Cardfight!! Vanguard series and Wakayama was one of the main duo in Lycoris Recoil.
