In Famitsu’s New Year’s greeting article, Spike Chunsoft teased a “large-scale” game announcement coming soon in 2023.
According to Spike Chunsoft, the company plans to make a game announcement in the not-so-distant future. 2023 is an important year for the company with the release of Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE, the latest title by Danganronpa creator Kazutaka Kodaka. Spike Chunsoft believes it will be “running through 2023 like a rabbit,” so the company hopes fans continue to give their support.
“Additionally, we’re preparing unannounced large-scale title(s),” Spike Chunsoft said at Famitsu. “We will likely be able to make an announcement in the not-so-distant future. Spike Chunsoft will be running through 2023 like a rabbit, so please continue to give us your support.”
Spike Chunsoft has yet to announce brand-new titles releasing in 2023 other than Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE. However, fans can expect game announcements soon as Japanese developers prepare for the year ahead.
