    ATLUS Preparing Several New Unannounced Games For 2023

    ATLUS prepares for an eventful year.

    In Famitsu’s New Year’s greeting article for 2023, ATLUS confirmed multiple new unannounced games are being prepared.

    ATLUS is thankful for support of the Persona 5 Royal remaster, which surpassed 1 million copies sold within the first month of release. In total, Persona 5 Royal surpassed 3.3 million copies sold across Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.

    The company will soon release Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden across all modern platforms on January 19. When discussing the impending releases, ATLUS revealed that several new unannounced games are being prepared for 2023. The company hopes fans look forward to these announcements.

    Thank you very much for your support and patronage for the remastered version of P4U2 in 2022, the Nintendo Switch version of 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim, Soul Hackers 2, and the remastered version of Persona 5 Royal. Thanks to your support, the remastered edition of P5R achieved 1 million sales within one month of its release, and P5R as a whole has surpassed 3.3 million units worldwide.
    In 2023, we will start with the remastered releases of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden, and we are also preparing several new unannounced titles. Please look forward to it!

    In 2019, the company shared similar aspirations for the new year. ATLUS would announce Persona 5 Royal, Catherine Full Body, Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore, and Persona 5 Strikers in the same year.
