HoYoverse announced Genshin Impact Version 2.8 Special Program is set for July 2 at 8 AM (UTC-4) through the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel.
The special program takes a deep dive into Genshin Impact version 2.8 with lots of new information to discuss. The new information includes events, characters, story details, and much more. In addition, gift codes will be released for all players to redeem. Gift codes usually include items such as Primogems and Hero’s Wit.
Genshin Impact version 2.8 is expected to arrive on July 13 following maintenance. Like previous updates, players will be able to pre-download the update ahead of launch day. By doing so, the installation process is shortened once launch day arrives.
HoYoverse will be present at Anime Expo 2022 with a stellar lineup of games. These games include Genshin Impact, Honkai Impact 3rd, and Honkai: Star Rail. HoYoverse’s Anime Expo 2022 booth will be located at #606, South Hall in the Los Angeles Convention Center from July 1 to July 4.
Genshin Impact is available now for PlayStation, PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, PC via Windows, Epic Games Store, and the GeForce Now service. Lastly, a Switch version of Genshin Impact is currently in development.
