Nintendo Direct rumored for the end of June 2022

A Nintendo Direct is planned for the end of June 2022 according to Sony Santa Monica’s Alanah Pearce. VGC corroborates the claim and states Pearce’s comments match what the outlet has been told by unnamed sources.

All signs point toward June 29 as the day for the Nintendo Direct. Direct Feed Games says the direct was always planned for the end of June instead of a traditional early to mid-June E3 direct. Specifically, the direct is planned for June 28 or June 29.

The latest Nintendo Direct aired on February 9 with reveals such as Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, Mario Strikers: Battle League, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The upcoming Nintendo Direct is expected to reveal new games and updates for late 2022 and early 2023.
