Dr. Mario World hits its end of service date on November 1st, after only two years in service

Fans of Mario’s spin-off titles probably recall when Nintendo released a Dr. Mario mobile game in 2019, a few months before Mario Kart Tour first came out. It seems Nintendo have decided to pull the plug on this title this year, as they’ve officially announced that the end of service date will be November 1st, 2021.

While the game will be fully playable up until that point, purchases for diamonds end very soon- July 28th, the day after this announcement. After the game’s end of service date, players can look back on their play history with the game on the Dr. Mario World Memories website. Dr. Mario World is playable on iOS and Android from now until November 1st.
