Japan Studio executive producer Masami Yamamoto leaves Sony after nearly 25 years of work at the company

The departures from Sony Japan Studio continue as long-time employee Masami Yamamoto left the company as of February 28th. Yamamoto worked at Sony Group for around 25 years including positions at Sony Music Entertainment and Japan Studio. Yamamoto thanks fans for their support and says he will now be able to make games on any platform. Lets hope he lands an awesome project to work on soon!

Masami Yamamoto’s works include Tokyo Jungle, Bloodborne, Freedom Wars and Soul Sacrifice to name a few.
