The official website for the Jujutsu Kaisen anime series has revealed a new trailer and three more cast members for the final episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 – The Culling Game Part 1. The final episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 – The Culling Game Part 1 is an extended 27-minute episode, and it will premiere on March 26 as the 59th overall episode of the anime series. 

The new cast members include:

  • Hiroki Tōchi as Ryū Ishigori
  • Nana Mizuki as Takako Uro
  • Yukihiro Nozuyama as Kurourushi

Yuji Itadori is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a classmate who has been attacked by curses, he eats the finger of Ryomen Sukuna, taking the curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with Ryomen Sukuna. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Satoru Gojo, Itadori is admitted to Tokyo Jujutsu High School, an organization that fights the curses… and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a curse to exorcise a curse, a life from which he could never turn back.

Gege Akutami’s original Jujutsu Kaisen manga is a complete work with over 150 million copies in circulation.

3D Action Game PATLABOR The Case Files Announced

Good Smile Company and Chime Corporation have announced PATLABOR The Case Files, a new 3D action game based on the Mobile Police Patlabor mecha media franchise. PATLABOR The Case Files is coming to PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam, and a release date was not revealed yet. 

The staff of PATLABOR The Case Files includes mechanical supervisor Yutaka Izubuchi, script supervisor Kazunori Itou, and character art supervisor Akemi Takada.

Stranger Than Heaven Reveals New Key Art and Opens Official Social Media Account

SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio have revealed new key art and opened a new official X (formerly Twitter) account for upcoming action game Stranger Than Heaven, previously known as Project Century. The official X account for Stranger Than Heaven reiterates that the March 26 Xbox Partner Preview event will feature an inside look at the game, which is expected to launch within or after SEGA’s current fiscal year running through March 31, 2027.

RGG Studio previously released Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, which is available now for $59.99 on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. There are physical and digital editions, and early purchases include the Ichiban Legendary Lad DLC. A Digital Deluxe Edition costs $74.99 and includes several DLC packs (also sold separately).

Final Weapon reviewed Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties and gave it a 3/5 score, stating that the game is “a remake and new side story that both improves and subtracts from the original Yakuza 3, making it a mixed bag of a title for those who were wanting a definitive and improved version of the PS3 game.”

The Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties Original Soundtrack is now available on various streaming services, including YouTube Music, Spotify, and Apple Music. What’s more, the Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties Original Soundtrack will be released physically by Wave Master for 5,280 yen (tax included) on March 4 in Japan. The Original Soundtrack comes in a massive four-CD set, which includes a cover of Bakamitai by Japanese singer Akiko Wada.

Marathon Releases Thief Shell Cinematic

Bungie has released another entry in its cinematic trailer series for Marathon, this time focused on the Thief shell. This is the fourth shell cinematic trailer so far. 

The Thief shell is one of seven shells in the game, which include the Destroyer, Assassin, Triage, Recon, Vandal, and Rook. So far, trailers have released for Destroyer, Assassin, and Rook, leaving only Recon, Vandal, and Triage without a cinematic. The trailer showcases the Thief’s ability to scan for loot using her visor, use a grappling hook to reach higher ground, and use a Pickpocket Drone to steal the loot of enemy runners. Recently, Bungie released Marathon‘s first end-game zone, titled Cryo Archive, on March 20. In order to access the location, players will need to be in teams of three, be at least level 25, have all six factions unlocked, and have a minimum loadout value of 5,000 credits. In a recent post, director Joseph Ziegler stated that they are looking into ways to let players access the area by themselves and on days aside from weekends. They’re also trying to see if subroutines can be more guaranteed as a drop from vaults. 

Lastly, Marathon is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. In the coming days, weeks, and months more updates for Marathon will release. This will include more runner shells, cosmetics, and several events, which will all be available between now and the release of season 1 in June 2026. 

Demons’ Crest Anime Trailer Confirms 2026 Premiere

Warner Bros. Japan has revealed a teaser promotional video for the anime adaptation of Reki Kawahara’s Demons’ Crest novel series. The video also reveals the main cast and staff, as well as the anime’s 2026 premiere.

The anime will star Haruka Shiraishi as Yuma Ashihara and Konomi Inagaki as Sawa Ashihara. Shinji Ushiro is the anime’s chief director at Production I.G, and Kenichirō Komaya is directing the anime. Eiji Umehara is overseeing the series scripts, and the original novels’ illustrator Yukiko Horiguchi is designing the characters. Yūki Hayashi and Naoyuki Chikatani are composing the music.

Kawahara launched the series with the first novel volume in November 2022. Kadokawa released the fourth novel volume on December 10. Yen Press released the third novel volume in English on December 30. In 2022, Tomoe and Koroku Takano launched a manga adaptation of the novels in Wit Studio’s vertical-scrolling manga service HykeComic.

Yen Press releases the novel in English and describes it as follows:

Sixth-grader Yuuma Ashihara and his twin sister, Sawa, are playing Actual Magic , a brand-new virtual reality MMORPG, when it suddenly begins fusing with the real world. Kawahara is a household name in the anime space the brilliant author penned both the Sword Art Online and Accel World novel series, both of which have been turned into successful anime. Yen Press releases both novels in English.

Tomb Raider King Anime Reveals Additional Cast Members

Kadokawa just revealed the main visual, new character promotional video and two new Japanese cast members for the highly anticipated Korean-animated adaptation of SAN.G’s Tomb Raider King webtoon. The opening theme song “SHOW DOWN” will be performed by K-pop band QWER.

Fire Emblem Shadows Adds New Story Book 3: The Axe's Heir and Rusty on March 27

Nintendo Mobile has announced that it will add Story Book 3: The Axe’s Heir and a new disciple, Rusty, to Fire Emblem Shadows. Both will be available on March 27.

The upcoming Story Book chapter will dive deeper into Rusty’s story. Brandon McInnis voices the character. He wields Wind Axe EX, Pike Wind, Self Crossedge, and Dark Axe Armor +. A new academy battle map will also be available as Shadows celebrates its half-year anniversary, which will highlight new featured souls, exclusive weapons, and a spring-themed home screen. Check out all of the new features coming to Fire Emblem Shadows alongside Story Book 3: The Axe’s Heir on March 27 below:

The gameplay of Fire Emblem Shadows combines real-time strategy and social deduction. One of the three allies participating in each battle is secretly a treacherous disciple of shadow. After the initial battle, players vote to determine who they believe is the treacherous disciple of shadow. PLAYISM and Cyber Space Biotope have released the version 2.0 update for Million Depth, which is available now on PC via Steam. The update Status Up Tiles, Dimension Over Mode, and more. 

The new features in the update are as follows:

Dimension Over Mode

  • New mode: Dimension Over Mode
    • Play through the α, β, and γ routes all at once after unlocking the true ending. Your HP and battery carries over between timelines.
  • New attack patterns for the true boss

Speedrunning

  • New features: speedrun timer display and record log
  • Elite enemy spawn animations are now skippable

Crafting

  • New feature: status up tiles
    • Tweak your designs every run to create differently shaped weapons depending on the placement of tiles, which will now be random every time.
  • D-pad support added, smoother controls
  • Highest damage is now always shown on the screen
  • Blocks that deal the highest damage are now highlighted in a color that changes depending on attack power

  • New title screen added, can be switched from original screen (post-true ending only)

Million Depth initially released on September 16, 2025 for PC via Steam. Final Weapon reviewed the game, giving it a 4/5. We described it as “another great example of the malleability of roguelike and roguelite games. Instead of following the same cliches as other titles in the genre, it chooses to follow the paths laid by visual novels and real-time strategy games to great success.

The story is compelling thanks to a charming cast of characters and three different timelines to dive into, and the gameplay is addictive because of the abundance of unique mechanics to unravel. While there are some issues with story progression, if you’re a fan of roguelike games, then Million Depth is a must-buy for you.”

Aniimo Confirms PlayStation 5 Version

Aniimo Confirms PlayStation 5 Version

Kinsglory and Pawprint Studio have announced that a PlayStation 5 version of Aniimo will release alongside the previously announced Xbox Series X|S, iOS, Android, and PC (Steam and Microsoft Store) versions. Additionally, a demo will be playable at PAX East 2025. 

PAX East 2025 will take place from March 26 to 29. The contents of the demo are currently unknown. In the meantime, you can wishlist the game on the PlayStation Store. The game will launch at some point in 2026 on the aforementioned platforms. The Steam page describes the game as follows:

Xbox Partner Preview Announced for March 26

Xbox Partner Preview Announced for March 26

Xbox has announced that it will hold a new Partner Preview showcase on March 26. It will feature new looks at Stranger Than Heaven, Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, and The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. 

The event will take place on Xbox’s YouTube and Twitch accounts at 10 AM PDT/1 PM EDT/5 PM GMT. Alongside in-depth looks at Stranger Than Heaven, a new update for Stalker 2, and a new glimpse at The Expanse: Osiris Reborn, the event will also feature “first looks and announcements from more great games coming to Xbox consoles, Xbox on PC, and Game Pass.” 

Last month, former Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer retired and Xbox President Sarah Bond resigned from Xbox. In their place, Asha Sharma took the reins as Microsoft Gaming CEO and Xbox Game Studios head Matt Booty took over as Chief Content Officer of Microsoft Gaming.

Recently, during the Xbox Developer Summit keynote address at GDC 2026, Microsoft Gaming revealed that it plans to ship alpha version development kits of the next-generation Xbox console, codenamed Project Helix, in 2027. Xbox is also planning on “rolling out new ways to play some of the most iconic games from our past” to celebrate the brand’s 25th anniversary in 2026.

Further, Xbox mode will be releasing on Windows 11 for desktop PCs and handhelds in April in select markets. Windows 11’s Xbox mode previously made its debut on ROG Xbox Ally handheld gaming devices. The console will seemingly be able to play both Xbox and PC games. Lastly, during the company’s 25th anniversary, Xbox will release games such as Forza Horizon 6, Fable, Halo: Campaign Evolved, and Gears of War: E-Day for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation 5.
