Rumor: Microsoft title to be revealed at Nintendo’s upcoming Indie World presentation, two games to release after presentation

Daniel Ahmad, a Senior Analyst at Niko Partners, has released brand new information on Nintendo’s upcoming Indie World presentation.

We’re going to see another Microsoft / Xbox first game at the IndieWorld Direct on Monday.

So far we’ve had Minecraft, Cuphead and Super Lucky’s Tale that have been Xbox exclusives come to Switch.

If you’ve been following rumors/leaks you can probably guess this one.

Two games will be shadow dropped. Both games are Hot.

We’ll also get solid 2019 release dates for Creature in the Well, Blasphemous, Northgard, Trine 4, One Finger Death Punch 2, Skellboy and a few others.

2019 and 2020 release windows for other games.

    Worth a watch.

As for what the Microsoft title could be? We already have Minecraft and Cuphead, and we also have a confirmed release date for New Super Lucky’s Tale. One title is brought to mind, which happens to be a title that has been rumored to come to the Nintendo Switch for quite some time. That game is Ori and the Blind Forest. It makes quite a bit of sense, and has been heavily rumored for quite some time.

Halo Infinite’s creative director has left 343i

It appears Creative Director Tim Longo for Halo Infinite has left 343i in part of a leadership shakeup.  According to a report from Kotaku, Executive Producer Mary Olson took over the campaign’s development a few weeks ago. Kotaku reached out to Microsoft to confirm Longo’s departure and a spokesperson said the following:

Roles and responsibilities of various team members regularly evolve to meet the needs of a game, throughout development. We have recently had two changes to the Halo Infinite development team. Our Executive Producer, Mary Olson will now take charge of the Campaign team on Halo Infinite as the Lead Producer, utilizing her many years of experience at 343 Industries to help craft a great campaign for fans. Additionally, Tim Longo has recently departed our team and we are truly thankful for his many contributions to our games, our studio, and the Halo universe… The overall creative vision and production of the game… led by Chris Lee, Studio Head of Halo Infinite… These changes have no impact to the release date for Halo Infinite.

Halo Infinite is scheduled to release holiday 2021 alongside Xbox Game Pass and the new Xbox Scarlett.

Gamescom is almost upon us and it seems like SEGA is already teasing a new game announcement. From the looks of it, this appears to be a new IP called Humankind which lines up with teaser website.

Back in April, SEGA filed a trademark for it in both US and Canada. A lot of people are saying it’s Trauma Center or Hatsune Miku cause of the URL or Heartbeep, however based on speculation it lines up with my rough estimates which include a mysterious image.
