Game Source Entertainment, SuperNiche, and Clover Lab have announced Noroi Ayashi: The ∞th Oddity, a new “time-loop horror RTA stealth action adventure” game by Hi Score Girl manga author Rensuke Oshikiri and Disgaea creator Sohei Niikawa. Noroi Ayashi: The ∞th Oddity launches in 2027 for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam

Here’s an overview of the game, via Steam:

If this urban legend is true, someone must step forward to put a stop to it.

But I am just an ordinary sixth-former; I simply do not possess that sort of power.

So, in order to confirm whether this urban legend is true or false, I tried cursing myself using several different rituals.

Regrettably, I cannot be certain which ritual was the correct one, but the night before last, Aya appeared in my dream.

If I, too, meet a mysterious death tonight, it will mean that the urban legend of the ‘Cursed Doll Aya’ is indeed true.

When that time comes…

When that time comes, I beg you—whoever you may be.

Please unravel the mystery of this urban legend.

Development Team

Rensuke Oshikiri

His coming-of-age “boy meets girl” manga “Hi Score Girl“, set in the arcade scene of the 1990s, became a massive hit and was adapted into an anime.

He has created numerous horror manga, including “LiverLeaf” and “Sayuri“, many of which have been adapted for film and television.

He pioneered a refreshingly new style of horror-comedy manga characterised by ‘beating the hell out of monsters’; at the same time, he has explored a wide range of genres, from traditional horror and psychological horror to grotesque suspense, establishing himself as a manga artist well-versed in all forms of ‘horror’.

Sohei Niikawa / Roman Kitayama

He previously worked at Nippon Ichi Software, where he contributed to the company’s flagship titles such as “Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure“, “Disgaea” and “Hayarigami: Keishichō Kaii Jiken File“. He went independent in 2022.

He made his debut under the pen name ‘Roman Kitayama’ with the novel “Etrange Overlord“.

Since then, he has been involved in the creation of numerous works, including “DEMONS’ NIGHT FEVER“, “Magic Scavenger” and “Super Floppins“, and is a creator who combines the roles of novelist, screenwriter and content producer.
