Digital Extremes has released the new “Nightwave Mix: Amir’s Shockwave” free rewards track for Warframe. It features new cosmetics, in-game tracks, areas, and more.
Players will need to complete daily, temporary weekly, and permanent weekly gameplay objectives to progress through reward tiers. Each tier features useful gear and exclusive cosmetics that are only available for a limited window until the next edition of Nightwave begins. In addition, following completion of The Hex Quest and achieving Rank 5 with The Hex Syndicate and a “Close” relationship level with Amir, the POM-2 terminal in the Orbiter will feature a tabletop RPG-inspired text adventure, Fables & Frontiers: Running Late. This will be a permanent addition to the game even after the Nightwave ends.
Free new in-game tracks are also available, such as “Running Late” by in-universe band On-lyne. It, alongside 2 new Fables & Frontiers tracks, are available on various music streaming services such as Apple Music and Spotify. The Shaoshi Collection of cosmetics for Baruuk, as well as six new community-created cosmetics from Digital Extremes’ player-design program, TennoGen, are also unlockable.
The new TennoGen cosmetics include:
- The Kullervo Ascophilia Warframe Skin by Erneix
- Harrow Profitas Warframe Skin by Malaya, Jadie, and Noxxr
- Haemadys Operator Mask by Vhynnz
- Oraxia Agamva Warframe Helmet by Led201
- Centurio Signa headpiece by Lubox
