Koei Tecmo and Omega Force have announced that Attack on Titan 3, the next entry in its action game adaptation of the prolific Attack on Titan anime series, launches on December 10 for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders are available now, with digital pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 version to launch at a later date.
Attack on Titan 3 will be available digitally and physically with its Standard Edition, and fans can pre-order a special SteelBook Launch Edition. A Digital Deluxe Edition is also available to pre-order featuring the base game, the digital artbook, a character customization pack, an original equipment pack, a starter item pack, and a 72-hour Early Access key. The Nintendo Switch 2 version and Upgrade Pack do not include the Early Access key.
Digital pre-orders include the “Wings of Freedom Earrings” customization item as a pre-order bonus. First-print physical copies and digital purchases made by December 23 will also include the “Wings of Freedom Hoodie” customization item as an early purchase bonus. Further, players with existing Attack on Titan 2 or Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle save data will receive additional in-game bonuses (saved data must be stored on the same console used to play Attack on Titan 3).
Previously, Attack on Titan The Movie: The Last Attack premiered on November 8, 2024 in theaters in Japan. As a “brushed-up” edition of the two anime specials, it will be 145 minutes long and feature 5.1ch surround sound. “Nisen-nen… Moshiku wa…. Niman-nen ato no Kimi e” (To You in 2,000… or… 20,000 Years From Now) by Linked Horizon was the theme song once more. The film also had new post-credits scenes, and Crunchyroll is streaming Attack on Titan: The Last Attack with English subs and English dubs
