Paid Downloadable Content

The focus is on puzzle battles. These are battles in which the player must “solve” a board by clearing it of enemies using the characters given, within one turn. Each puzzle is carefully set up to have one solution. For those who wanted a more puzzling experience out of our battles, this downloadable content is for you!

In this downloadable content players will get access to new items which can charge their special attacks, as well as three new unlockable abilities to study, which are usable in the main game. It’s deceptively difficult, but makes you feel smart when you get it! The battles are accompanied by a short side-story with new music, which culminates in a new boss.

The downloadable content should take three-to-five hours to complete without a guide, though it took our creative director around six hours. Maybe you’re smarter than him!

Switch 2 Version

We’re also bringing the game to Switch 2 with mouse support, improved framerate, and more graphical elements vs the original Switch version. All of this in 2026!

Demonschool launched on November 19, 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
