Happy Broccoli Games, the developers of the Duck Detective series, has announced a new game titled Apple Crumble. It will release for PC, Mac, and Linux devices in 2026.
Apple Crumble is a mystery thriller inspired by films such as Knives Out, and games like Mouthwashing. It is unknown whether the game will release on consoles, similarly to Duck Detective. Check out the first trailer for Apple Crumble below:

The announcement comes courtesy of Day of the Devs. Day of the Devs is a non-profit organization focused on highlighting a variety of different titles within the industry. Late last year, Day of the Devs held a showcase alongside The Game Awards 2025, which revealed new looks at titles such as Demon Tides, The Dungeon Experience, and Virtue and a Sledgehammer. This year, it showed off games such as Mr. Records, 33 Immortals, Screenbound, Trine 6: Together in Time, Slap Out of It, and countless more.
