According to a recent issue of the Japanese government’s Kanpo gazette, Keiji Inafune’s comcept game company has officially dissolved. Last year, the LEVEL-5 variant of the company also dissolved after Inafune departed LEVEL-5

LEVEL-5 initially acquired comcept in 2017. “LEVEL5 comcept,” as it was called, worked on Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time before Inafune left the studio. The reason for comcept’s closure is unknown, however, it came after a shareholder’s meeting on January 13. Comcept also worked on Mighty No. 9 and planned Red Ash: The Indelible Legend, which never came to life after the former’s disastrous launch and reception.

FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Lastly, here’s an overview of the game, via the Steam page:
