Thirdverse and Sanrio have announced free-to-play social VR game Hello Kitty Skyland will enter early access on December 22 for Meta Quest 2, 3, and 3S devices. Meta Quest players can wishlist Hello Kitty Skyland in the Meta Store ahead of the game’s early access launch.
In early access, Hello Kitty Skyland players will have access to the central online lobby area of SKYLAND and the game’s core content, such as the “Sky Dash” multiplayer competitive race game. There will be an avatar dress-up system featuring a variety of original outfits, including limited-time avatar costumes themed around Hello Kitty, Kuromi, and My Melody. During the early access period, the developers will continue to gather player feedback and add content over time heading into the full release.
