The staff of the TV anime adaptation of Makoto Kudo’s My Awkward Senpai manga announced model and cosplayer Nashiko Momotsuki has joined the anime’s voice cast. Momotsuki will guest star as Nashiko Akizuki in My Awkward Senpai episode 4, which premieres on October 23.
The My Awkward Senpai anime is streaming on Crunchyroll, and the anime is airing on Tokyo MX, AT-X, and BS NTV in Japan. The anime is also streaming on U-NEXT, Anime Hōdai, and other streaming services in Japan.
angela performs the opening theme song “Bukiyō na I love you (The Awkward I love you).” Ami Maeshima performs the ending theme song “Bukiyō ni Kimi no Tonari (Awkwardly Next to You).”
