A Wild Last Boss Appeared! Anime Streams Early on September 27

The anime begins airing on Japanese TV networks on October 4.

A new trailer for the TV anime of Firehead and YahaKo’s A Wild Last Boss Appeared! light novel series confirmed that the series is streaming early on September 27 at 10:30 p.m. JST on ABEMA and U-NEXT in Japan. Four new cast members were revealed alongside a new key visual as well.

The new cast members include:

  • Shō Hayami as Demon King Orm
  • Miyu Irino as Mars
  • Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Jupiter
  • Shun Horie as Southern Cross Sei

Yuka Nagase performs the ending theme song “Migi Hidari (Right and Left).” The anime’s opening theme song is “Level wo Agete Butsuri de Naguru” by Kishida Kyōdan & The Akeboshi Rockets. 

The previously announced cast includes:

  • Ami Koshimizu as Lufas Maphaahl
  • Yuri Usui as Dina
  • Yukina Shutō as Aries
  • Hisako Tōjō as Libra
  • Naoya Uchida as Aigokeros
  • Mika Kanai as Parthenos
  • Kokoro Omori as Virgo
  • Shunsuke Takeuchi as Sword King Alioth
  • Tomoaki Maeno as Wise King Megrez
  • Daisuke Hirakawa as Sky King Merak
  • Satomi Akesaka as Vampire Princess Benetnasch

Yūya Horiuchi directs the anime adaptation of A Wild Last Boss Appeared! at studio Wao World, and WOWMAX is producing it. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu oversees the series scripts, Maiko Ebisawa is the character designer, and Takashi Kobayashi and Shōta Ueno are the sub-character designers.

Lastly, fans can also look forward to “aggressive arena shooter” Wild Last Boss Appeared! Black-Winged Survivor. The new game launches on October 5 worldwide for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam with English support, one day after the TV premiere of the anime.
