Crunchyroll announced that subtitled and dubbed versions of One Piece Film: The Desert Princess and the Pirates, Adventures in Alabasta, One Piece Film: Strong World, and One Piece Film: Z are now streaming on the platform. This is in addition to the slew of One Piece content already available on Crunchyroll, such as the over 1,100-episode TV anime series and various other films like One Piece Film Red.
The recent ONE PIECE DAY ’25 event brought major announcements as well, including an anime adaptation of Jun Esaka and Sayaka Suwa’s One Piece: Heroines light novel series. A new visual for the One Piece: Heroines anime series was also revealed on stage. One Piece: Heroines was serialized in issues of One Piece Magazine in 2019. Shueisha publishes the novel series in Japan, and VIZ Media publishes the series in English outside Japan.
In addition, a new “First Look” trailer for One Piece Season 2 was released by Netflix, and a third season of the live-action series is in the works. One Piece Season 2 will premieres in 2026 on Netflix. The season includes the debut of Mikaela Hoover as Straw Hat pirate Tony Tony Chopper.
The One Piece anime is airing on an evening timeslot, with new episodes premiering at 11:15 p.m. JST on Saturdays on Fuji TV and affiliate channels. Subaru Kimura took over the role of Franky in the One Piece anime. He replaces longtime voice actor Kazuki Yao. Lastly, Crunchyroll is streaming the long-running anime series in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Latin America.
