The staff of the A Wild Last Boss Appeared! TV anime revealed new cast and staff members alongside the first 174 seconds of episode 1. The anime will premiere in October 2025.
The cast of the anime includes:

- Yuri Usui as Dina
- Yukina Shutō as Aries
- Hisako Tōjō as Libra
- Naoya Uchida as Aigokeros
- Mika Kanai as Parthenos
- Kokoro Omori as Virgo
- Shunsuke Takeuchi as Sword King Alioth (new)
- Tomoaki Maeno as Wise King Megrez (new)
- Daisuke Hirakawa as Sky King Merak (new)
- Satomi Akesaka as Vampire Princess Benetnasch (new)
Yūya Horiuchi directs A Wild Last Boss Appeared! anime series at studio Wao World, and WOWMAX is producing it. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu oversees the series scripts, Maiko Ebisawa is the character designer, and Takashi Kobayashi and Shōta Ueno are the sub-character designers.

Firehead and YahaKo launched the A Wild Last Boss Appeared! light novel series on the Let’s Be Novelists website in 2015, and it ran until 2017. The 9th and final volume released in print in April 2019. Tsubasa Hazuki launched a manga adaptation on the Comic Earth Star manga in 2017, and it’s still ongoing.
