In a new press release, The Pokémon Company has revealed several milestones during their Pokémon GO Tour: Unova Los Angeles event. These include milestones related to how many people appeared and how much money they donated to Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts.
The milestones achieved during Pokémon GO Tour: Unova in Los Angeles include:
- $1 Million Donated to Los Angeles Wildfire Relief Efforts
- 48,000 Trainers Present
- 253k players throughout the weekend
- 21 million total Pokémon caught
Further, Pokémon GO Tour Unova – Global will start this weekend from Saturday, March 1 to Sunday, March 2. It will take place from 10 AM to 6 PM local time. Recently, the Pokémon Company also announced a collaboration between Pokémon GO and the MLB (Major League Baseball). The collaboration will integrate several MLB ballparks into the mobile game.
