Guilty Gear Strive Delays Release Date of Venom to Late March

No longer releasing in early 2025

Guilty Gear Strive revealed that the release date of the upcoming DLC character Venom will be changed to late March. According to the developers, this is so that Venom is released in the best quality possible. Venom was initially planned for release in early 2025, but now fans can expect his arrival after ARC WORLD TOUR Finals 2024.

Guilty Gear Strive Season 4 began before the Nintendo Switch version’s launch. Season 4 will include new characters, stages, exclusive colors, and the new 3v3 mode. Queen Dizzy is available now, while Venom is expected to be released in March 2025. Unika will release in Spring 2025, and Lucy from Cyberpunk Edgerunners will release in summer 2025. Lucy is the first guest character to arrive in a Guilty Gear game.
