Square Enix and Mistwalker announced a free demo of Fantasian Neo Dimension is now available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. In addition, the Fantasian Neo Dimension demo lets players transfer their save data to the full game, allowing them to continue from where they left off.

Producer Hironobu Sakaguchi was directly involved in this project almost 20 years after leaving Square Enix, with Nobuo Uematsu as the composer. To commemorate the collaborative effort between Sakaguchi and Square Enix, Fantasian Neo Dimension has music tracks from Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Final Fantasy XIV, and Final Fantasy XVI. Creative Studio 3’s Naoki Yoshida was also involved with the release of the updated game.
Fantasian Neo Dimension is out now and it’s Steam Deck verified, meaning that the RPG is fully optimized for the Steam Deck with suitable control and UI configurations. This is in addition to having performance settings tailored to the platform.
