Dragami Games president Yoshimi Yasuda announced that “big new content” is being prepared for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, likely referring to new DLC. In addition, there will be new costumes added to Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP soon.
“We’ve started planning and developing some big new content for Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP,” Yasuda said on Twitter. “We want to make sure it’s something everyone will want to play, so we’ll let you know when we’re ready to start development. And we will continue to add costumes, so stay tuned for new costumes!
The remaster includes a “RePOP” mode with a distinct and colorful pop art style for damage effects. Players may also choose to keep the game in Original Mode with its normal damage effects. The remaster also has shorter load times, auto-QTE options, various gameplay improvements, and a new streamer mode.
Players may choose between the original English voices or Japanese voices in the remaster. In addition, Juliet has a new Japanese voice actress. The in-game model for Juliet was not changed in the remaster, however.

Lastly, Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP is available now for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The PS4 and Xbox One versions follow up in November for all regions.
