Today on Twitter, Square Enix revealed a new Final Fantasy VII Rebirth livestream event titled “Summoning A Masterpiece.” This stream is set to feature both Producer Yoshinori Kitase and Director Naoki Hamaguchi, and it takes place at Boulevard City in Riyadh. Currently, the stream will premiere at 10 AM PST, or 1 PM EST.
This marks another major appearance by the pair, who recently attended Otakon 2024 in Washington D.C. There, Hamaguchi revealed that the piano minigame was inspired by The Last of Us Part II. You can take a look at the new announcement below, which includes streaming details.

This stream will likely focus on the development process for the game if the tweet is anything to go off of. We learned earlier this week that the FFVII Rebirth team is considering Unreal Engine 5 for the third and final title in the Remake Project.
