    Astro Bot DualSense Controller Revealed

    Launching alongside the new platformer.

    Sony Interactive Entertainment and Team Asobi have unveiled a new DualSense wireless controller themed after the upcoming PlayStation 5-exclusive 3D platformer, Astro Bot

    Pre-orders for the new Astro Bot DualSense controller will open on August 9 at 7:00 a.m. PT and 10:00 a.m. ET at PlayStation Direct and select retailers. That same day, pre-orders will go live at 10:00 a.m. local time in the U.K., France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal. The new Astro Bot DualSense controller will be available on September 6 for $79.99/ €79.99 / £69.99 / ¥11,980, alongside the full game.

    Astro Bot will release on September 6 for PlayStation 5, and players have three editions to choose from. Pre-orders for the physical standard edition, digital standard edition, and digital deluxe edition are live. Every Astro Bot pre-order includes the following items:

    Astro Bot features six galaxies spanning over 80 levels, as the titular protagonist searches for his crew. Astro will explore lush forests, sandy beaches, hot volcanoes, and otherworldly locales on unique planets. Over 15 new abilities will incorporate the DualSense controller, and more than 70 new enemy types will be present.
