Geoff Keighley and the Summer Game Fest team have announced that the event will return to Los Angeles in June 2025. Both the live-streamed showcase and Play Days event for press and creators will return. Although official numbers have not yet been revealed, initial numbers revealed a 37% increase in viewership on the main SGF channel.

The live showcase offers an extensive list of announcements and reveals each year, with major publishers and developers around the world sharing new details and updates. Summer Game Fest: Play Days is a closed, invite-only event for media and creators around the world to attend and preview the latest titles. We had the opportunity to attend the event this year, and we’re so excited to share all sorts of coverage with you.
Hosted by The Game Awards showrunner Geoff Keighley, Summer Game Fest 2024 was the destination for some of the year’s biggest game reveals. The showcase featured several announcements from ATLUS, Remedy Entertainment, Capcom, and many more partners.
