Moreover, development of Dragon Quest XII: The Flames of Fate is still underway with no confirmed release date.

The latest entry in the Dragon Quest series, Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince, surpassed one million copies sold worldwide. The game reached this milestone in just over a month’s time since its launch on December 1, 2023. The game was especially popular in Japan with physical copies selling out quickly

This past February, Square Enix launched a PC version of Dragon Quest Builders worldwide. The PC version includes upgraded crafting features and the Terra Incognita DLC from the 2022 mobile version. Players may build with nearly double the height of blocks stacked on their creations when compared to the original release. Additional features include single mouse-click inputs for block placements, an Undo button, Big Bash function from Dragon Quest Builders 2, collectible items, and much more.
