Unnamed Memory Promo Reveals Opening and Ending Themes

    The official website for the upcoming Unnamed Memory anime series has released a new promo, showcasing the opening and ending themes for the series. The anime will premiere on April 9.

    Kuji Furumiya began the Unnamed Memory light novel series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in September 2012. Seven years later, Kadokawa began to publish the novel series in print with illustrations by chibi. In 2024, the series finally gets an anime adaptation after a prior delay.

    In a newly released promo video, the staff for the upcoming Unnamed Memory series have revealed its opening and ending themes. Tei. Arika will perform the OP, “Yōbigoe,” while Yūko Natsuyoshi (the voice of Sylvia in the anime) and Yamato perform the ED, “blan_” (blank). Check out the new promo video below:

    Kazuya Miura directs the upcoming anime series at studio ENGI with Deko Akao in charge of series composition. Chika Nōmi is the character designer for animation, and Akito Matsuda is the anime’s composer.

    Witches—the centuries-old mages that command power immense enough to bring catastrophe. Oscar, the crown prince of the powerful kingdom of Farsas, was cursed as a young boy to never sire an heir. Hoping to break the magic, he seeks out Tinasha, the strongest witch on the continent. To meet her, he climbs her tower, as she is said to grant the wish of any who successfully do so. Yet, when he arrives at the top…he requests that Tinasha become his bride!

    Lastly, Unnamed Memory will premiere on April 9. The anime’s staff will likely reveal more details about the series’ premiere and distributor in the coming weeks and months.
