Good Smile Company announced pre-orders for the officially licensed Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Hajime Hinata POP UP PARADE figure are now available. Pre-orders will be available for a limited window in Japan and the west before the figure’s release in June 2024.
The new Hajime Hinata figure was announced alongside a new Chiaki Nanami Nendoroid figure this past July. Only a prototype of the new Hajime figure was shown, but the end product was finally revealed with Good Smile Company’s new product page.
Danganronpa 2 Hajime Hinata POP UP PARADE Figure Pre-Order
The Danganronpa 2 Hajime Hinata POP UP PARADE figure will release in June 2024 for 6,800 yen or $30.99. Pre-orders are available now in the Good Smile Online Shop from November 28 at 12:00 JST to January 18, 2024 at 12:00 JST. In North America, the figure will ship sometime in Q4 2024.
Although the Danganronpa franchise will not receive a new entry, the Danganronpa 2: Chiaki Nanami’s Goodbye Despair Quest manga will finally release in English. In Danganronpa 2: Chiaki Nanami’s Goodbye Despair Quest, Chiaki Nanami is determined to reach the “true ending” of the Jabberwock Island killing game. This manga will release on March 26, 2024.
Danganronpa and Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE fans may also look forward to brand-new Yuma Kokohead and Shinigami figures. These new POP UP Parade will release in Q1 2024 in the U.S. and Canada. Yuma may be seen in his sign attire raincoat worn after arriving in Kanai Ward, and Shinigami is in her human-like true form after summoning a Mystery Labyrinth.
Master Detective Archives: RAIN CODE is the latest game from Danganronpa creator Kazutaka Kodaka, and its available right now for Nintendo Switch.
