HoYoverse announced the Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.4 Special Program will air on September 29 featuring the latest information about the game’s next major update. The livestream comes just a few weeks before the highly anticipated release of Honkai: Star Rail for PlayStation 5.
This past August, a Honkai: Star Rail closed beta was held on PS5, allowing players to try out the console version for the first time. The beta included story content up to Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3, and beta testers may continue progressing from where they left off in the mobile and PC versions. Fortunately, progress also carries over onto the PS5 version, and the next major update will be released soon.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.4 Special Program Details
The Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.4 “Jolted Awake From a Winter Dream” Special Program will be held on September 29 at 4:30 a.m. PDT / 7:30 a.m. EDT. The live stream will be held on Honkai: Star Rail’s official YouTube channel. During the live stream, HoYoverse will reveal new content, playable characters, and upcoming changes coming to the Version 1.4 update in mid-October 2023. HoYoverse will also release several promo codes that fans may redeem during the day of the live stream.

- Pacific Daylight Time (PDT): 4:30 a.m. PDT
- Mountain Daylight Time (MDT): 5:30 a.m. MDT
- Central Daylight Time (CDT): 6:30 a.m. CDT
- Eastern Daylight Time (EDT): 7:30 a.m. EDT
- British Summer Time (BST): 12:30 a.m. BST
- Honkai: Star Rail Server/Local Time: 19:30 (UTC+8)

Finally, Honkai: Star Rail is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Epic Games Store. The PlayStation 5 version of Honkai: Star Rail will release on October 11, and pre-registration is currently available now. Those who pre-register and log into the game on launch day will receive several rewards, including the 4-star Cavern Relic Musketeer of Wild Wheat 4-piece set.
