HoYoverse announced Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 “Celestial Eyes Above Mortal Ruins” is now available on Android, iOS, and PC via Epic Games Store. The new update introduces story missions focusing on Jing Yuan and Dan Heng, a new area, an upgrade to the Simulated Universe, new playable characters, and much more.
In Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3, Jing Yuan and Dan Heng team up to vanquish Phantylia and resolve the Ambrosial Arbor crisis. Players may also explore the new Aurum Alley area and assist in rebuilding and revitalization efforts. The update includes a number of new limited-time events, new Light Cones, playable characters like Fu Xuan and Lynx, and much more.
Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 Is Finally Here With Patch Notes
The Honkai: Star Rail Version 1.3 update is now available, and players who have pre-installed the update’s content may jump right into the game. All players at Trailblaze Level 4 and above will earn a total of 600 Stellar Jades as maintenance compensation. Full patch notes for the new update are live here.

New Content
- Aurum Alley – The Exalting Sanctum’s Culinary Street. Tourists come here to enjoy delicious food and experience street culture.
- 5-star Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae (Destruction: Imaginary)
- Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae is a DPS character who can consume multiple Skill Points to trigger an array of powerful abilities. Uses the unique Squama Sacrosancta to offset Imbibitor Lunae’s Skill Point consumption.
- 5-star Fu Xuan (Preservation: Quantum) – Fu Xuan is a defensive character who can apportion and reduce the DMG taken by all allies and increase the CRIT Rate of all allies. When Fu Xuan’s HP is at a certain percentage or lower than that, she will restore her HP.
- 4-star Lynx (Abundance: Quantum) – Lynx is a character who can increase the Max HP of an ally, provide continuous healing, and dispel debuffs from all allies. Meanwhile, Lynx can designate an ally on the Path of Destruction or Preservation to have a higher chance of being attacked by enemies.
- New Light Cones
- 5-star Light Cone “Brighter Than the Sun (Destruction)” – Obtainable through Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Event Warp.
- 5-star Light Cone “She Already Shut Her Eyes (Preservation)” – Obtainable through Brilliant Fixation Light Cone Event Warp.
- 5-star Light Cone “Solitary Healing (Nihility)” – You can use Herta Bonds to redeem it at Herta’s Store.
- Trailblaze Mission “Xianzhou Luofu — Obsequies Performed, A Long Road Ahead”
- With the banishment of Phantylia, the Xianzhou’s crisis has found its respite, but a few stories have yet to find their endings…
- Availability: It will become permanently available after the Version 1.3 update.
- Unlock Conditions: Complete the Trailblaze Mission “Xianzhou Luofu — A Dragon Gallant, Its Ocean Distant”.
Lastly, Honkai: Star Rail is available now for Android, iOS, and PC via Epic Games Store. The PlayStation 5 version launches in Q4 2023.
