Fire Emblem Heroes Adds Legendary Hero Alear

    A new and improved Alear.

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems revealed that Alear from Fire Emblem Engage is coming to Fire Emblem Heroes as the next Legendary Hero. As a Legendary Hero, Alear will have a powerful set of skills at her disposal starting in just a day.

Fire Emblem Heroes recently hosted its August 2023 edition of Feh Channel featuring Hero Fest, new summoning events, and more updates. Shortly afterwards, Nintendo released another Feh Channel presentation to highlight the new Choose Your Legends heroes. Fans may now look forward to Alear’s reintroduction in Fire Emblem Heroes, too.

Legendary Hero Alear Comes to Fire Emblem Heroes

Alear: Awoken Divinity joins Fire Emblem Heroes on August 31 at 12:00 a.m. PDT / 3:00 a.m. EDT. As the name suggests, she will be available from the Alear: Awoken Divinity summoning event. Players have roughly two weeks to obtain her since the summoning event lasts until September 13 at 11:59 p.m. PDT / September 14 at 2:59 p.m. EDT.

Legendary Hero Alear is green Dragon unit that comes equipped with the Dragon’s Fist weapon. This particular weapon accelerates Special trigger cooldown allows the unit to attack twice. At the start of combat, the unit gains ATK/SPD/DEF/RES +5 and inflicts stat debuffs to her opponent. She also comes equipped with the Dragon Blast special, which boosts special damage by 50% of the units speed. If Legendary Hero Alear is on a team with their support partner, they are capable of neutralizing effects from an opponent’s non-Special skills.

Alear also comes equipped with the ATK/SPD Finish 4 skill, which grants ATK/SPD +7 to the unit if she’s within three spaces of an ally unit at the start of combat. This skill also raises Special trigger damage by 5 during combat and restores 7 HP. Alear’s Null C-Disrupt 4 skill inflicts ATK/SPD -4 on an opponent, reduces first attack damage from an opponent by 30%, and neutralizes effects from units that prevent counterattacks. Moreover, the ATK/SPD Pledge skill further raises the unit’s ATK and SPD stats.
