Ryu’s Office announces that INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 will be held on Saturday, December 2 and Saturday, December 3. The upcoming showcase will reveal the latest news about upcoming indie titles from Japan and the around the world.
INDIE Live Expo returns with INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 after eight successful events accruing roughly 88 million viewers. Since this is the year-end show, the annual INDIE Live Expo Awards show will also be held. In addition, indie game developers and publishers may now submit their games in applications for a limited time.
INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 is Official
The upcoming showcase will reveal new indie titles and updates for previously announced games featured at INDIE Live Expo 2023’s previous showcases. INDIE Live Expo Winter 2023 livestreams will be held on both December 2 and December 3, and an exact schedule will be revealed at a later date.
Game submissions for indie developers and publishers are now open until October 4 / 10:59 p.m. EDT / October 5 at 11:59 a.m. JST. Applicants may submit one title from their portfolio for free if it’s a new game reveal, news for an upcoming game, a major post-launch update, or a sale.
What’s more, INDIE Live Expo Awards will honor fan-favorite games released between October 2022 and September 2023. A panel of industry experts from around the world will help select the award nominees for INDIE Live Expo Awards 2023. According to Ryu’s Office, any indie game within the aforementioned release period is eligible to win the Game of the Year award.
