Bandai Namco announced One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Ultimate Edition is now available alongside the latest DLC: The Battle of Onigashima Pack. This new edition of One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 lets players purchase all of the game’s DLC, including upcoming DLC packs launching in the future.
Monkey D. Luffy (Onigashima) was the first new DLC character revealed for The Battle of Onigashima Pack during One Piece Day ’23. A total of nine DLC characters were confirmed to be on the way for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4, including Kaido (Onigashima) and Yamato. The first DLC pack is available now alongside the new Ultimate Edition
One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 UItimate Edition Revealed
The One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Ultimate Edition is available now for $94.99. The Ultimate Edition includes the base game, Character Pass 1, Character Pass 2, and the Additional Episodes Pack. Character Pass 2 includes Character Pack 4: The Battle of Onigashima Pack featuring playable characters Luffy (Onigashima), Kaido (Onigashima), and Yamato. Luffy may activate his Gear 5 in battle, allowing players to re-enact the recent episodes of the One Piece anime as they wish.
The Additional Episodes Pack introduces three new DLC episodes. The first episode, Episode 1: Yamato’s Logbook and Soul Sea Map 1, released on September 14. Yamato is the main focus of various new stages, and the new Soul Sea Map brings new skills and power to existing characters. Release dates for the subsequent two DLC packs were not revealed, however.
Moreover, players may save 40% off their purchase of One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Ultimate Edition for a limited time. The sale lasts until September 28 at 2:59 a.m. EDT according to the Nintendo eShop. The second DLC pack for Character Pass 2 will include Uta, who was first seen in One Piece Film RED. Uta will be joined by two more DLC characters. Further, the third DLC pack includes the man who started the Great Pirate Era, Gol D. Roger. Roger is joined by two other characters.
