Season 2 of the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime series is well underway, and the first cour is about to end this month. With the first cour coming to an end, fans need to be aware of multiple release dates for the next few episodes of Mushoku Tensei Season 2 and when the next cour will actually arrive.
Mushoku Tensei Season 1 premiered in January 2021, and the first season’s second cour began nine months later in October 2021. Although the second cour was delayed from its original July 2021 release, the weekly schedule continued unabated. Mushoku Tensei’s second season continues this trend unlike the infamous Zom 100 anime series.
Mushoku Tensei Season 2 First Cour Release Dates
The first cour of Mushoku Tensei season 2 began on July 2 with Episode 0 “Guardian Fitz”. New episodes typically air on Sundays at 8:00 a.m. PDT / 11: 00 a.m. EDT. A total of 25 episodes are planned for the first and second cours combined, and 12 episodes are scheduled for the second cour. Season 2 of Mushoku Tensei is available on both Hulu and Crunchyroll. The first cour of Mushoku Tensei Season 2 will end on September 24, and the second cour begins in April 2024.

The second cour of season 2 will proceed with a 12-episode run from April 2024 to June 2024. However, an exact release date has not been announced. Expect more release dates and information about Mushoku Tensei Season 2 early next year.
Hiroki Hirano serves as director of the second season of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, while Toshiya Ono handles series composition. Moreover, Sanae Shimada is the character designer for the second season. Masakazu Miyake returns as art director for season 2, and Yoshiaki Fujisawa serves as the anime’s music composer.
Lastly, Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Seasons 1 and 2 are available to stream now at Hulu and Crunchyroll. Fans may also look forward to Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Quest of Memories, a brand-new RPG coming soon to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam.
